Mix all ingredients together:

• 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  
• 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  
• 1 tsp dried oregano 
  
• Juice of 2 lemons
  
• Sea salt (or pink Himalayan salt is really nice)
• Cracked pepper to taste
