Pear digestive smoothie

Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk (or water)
- ¼ cup ice cubes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup watercress or parsley
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 pear – cored and chopped
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- bee pollen – for topping
Direction:
- Add all the ingredients in to a high-speed blender and blend for one minute until smooth and creamy.
- Top up with bee pollens and enjoy!
