Pear digestive smoothie

Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk (or water)
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup watercress or parsley
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 pear – cored and chopped
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • bee pollen – for topping

Direction:

  1. Add all the ingredients in to a high-speed blender and blend for one minute until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top up with bee pollens and enjoy!
