Friday and Saturday night are pretty low-key when it comes to food. We either get take out, go out or keep it simple with charcuterie and casual eats.
One of my favorite dips is hummus- I pretty much have made every combo from the classic, to beet, carrot etc, BUT this roasted cauliflower hummus (linked below) is a personal favorite. The addition of the cauli really amps the nutrition, and the flavor is so garlicky, creamy and delish! If you’ve never tried cauliflower hummus, here’s your chance!
